The Very Unique Yoga Method was created by Véronique Scheer, a movement educator with a background in dance, yoga, Pilates and functional training.

After years of teaching in studios and working with women from all walks of life, she realized that most fitness systems ignore two critical elements: the nervous system and the female hormonal cycle.

The VUY Method blends strength training, mobility, breathwork, nervous system regulation and cyclical training so women can build resilience and consistency without burnout.
